Today, on November 18, Arsen Dzhepparov, Yalta resident involved in the case of “Hizb ut-Tahrir” underwent a surgery under general anesthesia in the city hospital #6 in Akmesdzhit (Simferopol).

Right after surgery while being still unconscious he was dressed and taken back to the pre-trial detention center to a regular camera.

Now, according to his relatives, Arsen Dzhepparov is kept in unhygienic conditions without the supervision of doctors and with no painkillers.

“The impression is that we live somewhere in the jungle, where there are predators and preys. What kind of healthcare and human rights we are talking about? And this is a person whose guilt has not been proved yet and, therefore, it is an ordinary citizen, who may at any time ask for medical assistance, and the duty of doctors is to take all necessary treatment measures immediately” – Dilyaver Memetov, son of one of the defendants in the case of “Hizb ut –Tahrir” wrote on his Facebook page with indignation.

As Avdet reported, yesterday Arsen Dzhepparov was taken to the surgical ward. The young man was diagnosed with “furunculosis”.
