Abdul Seit-Amet – ceramist, designer, graphic artist.

He was born in 1970 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). In 1989 he graduated from the Benkov Tashkent Art College. In 1994 he graduated from the Kharkiv Art and Industry Institute with a degree in graphic design. He returned to his homeland, in the Crimea, in 1995. He is the author of unique pottery that amazes viewers with the sophistication of its plastic forms and sophisticated material processing techniques. His works, imbued with the spirit of traditional pottery, are known far beyond the Crimea. The artist is the author of calligraphic compositions on paper. For several years, the master led the ceramic studio Chelmekchiler (from the potters “potters”), which operated under the “Crimean Revival Fund” in Bakhchisarai. He taught at the studio of ceramic masters: Eldar Gusenov and Irina Ushakova. He is a participant in seminars and exhibitions of projects “Crimean style”, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, candidate for the National Union of Folk Artists of Ukraine.
